EZ Trac All-Wheel Drive Installation

EZ Trac front-wheel drive systems are a lightweight, cost-effective way to upgrade your rear-wheel drive medium or heavy duty trucks with all-wheel drive capability. With EZ Trac, there’s no need to add drive lines, transfer cases or raise chassis height.

Unlike conventional front-wheel drive systems, EZ Trac maintains the factory turning radius, ride quality and ground clearance of your vehicles. This allows for a lower center of gravity, making your trucks easier to handle and less likely to overturn.

EZ Trac seamlessly installs on most trucks and can be retrofitted without placing extra stress on existing engine components. What’s more, EZ Trac can be installed in one-third of the time normally required for traditional mechanical axle installations.

EZ Trac is engineered to overcome traction and mobility constraints without sacrificing ride quality, safety and control. In addition, EZ Trac:

  • Makes getting stuck off road far less likely

  • Can engage or disengage at speeds of less than 20 m.p.h.

  • Weighs 800 to 1,000 pounds less than traditional all-wheel drive systems

  • Maintains factory ground clearance, cab and bed height

  • Decreases fuel consumption thanks to a lightweight design

  • Generates zero windage loss when disengaged

  • Allows buckets, cranes and diggers to venture off road without raising ride height
